UPDATE – 12:17 p.m. – I just tried to make a book and their site is overloaded with requests. The customer service person said it would be fixed in an hour, and that nobody is able to process orders. We’ll see if it works in an hour or so. . .but I would think it would only get more crazy, as word spreads. They were unable to credit my account the coupon.
