Fred Meyer – Trix Yoplait yogurt multi-packs as low as $0.15 cents each?

Angela over at the Coupon Project picked up two Trix Yoplait multi-packs at Fred Meyer. She ended up getting a “bonus” catalina – for a total of $3 in catalinas – making the yogurt packs as low as $0.25 each!
Here’s how it worked out:
Trix Yoplait 4-packs – $2
Use $0.75/2 coupon from 2/5 General Mills insert (exp 3/31)
OR $0.55/2 peelie coupon on many packages
Pay $3.25 at checkout (for two)
Possibly receive (2) $1.50 Catalinas good off your next purchase?
If you get both catalinas it would come out to only $0.25 for both – or a whopping $0.15 cents each.
According to the Coupon Network only one $1.50 catalina should have printed – so this could be a fluke. Let us know if you try it and it works for you! Worst case scenario you only get one $1.50 catalina and your transaction looks like this:

The Trix deal worked in Scappoose! Got (2) cat for 1.5 each!
This worked for me too–got 4 packs—but bought in two separate transactions and received 4 of the $1.50 cats. Also—the Oreo cookies are on sale at Freds for $2.99 till March 25th—so if anyone is buying milk–use the $1.00 Facebook coupon for Oreo’s when you buy a gallon of milk–makes the cookies $1.99. My daughter wanted to try the birthday cake flavour—just thought I’d share!
