Grocery_outlet-valentines-orchids-candies

I stopped into Grocery Outlet this week to pick up some groceries and scope out some deals. As always I found some great deals that I wanted to share with you – and we’re giving away two $25 gift cards, so you can go shopping, too.

My store was already well stocked with kid’s traditional Valentines, boxes of chocolates, orchids, champagne and little gifts. It’s a great place to buy orchids year round.

Grocery-Outlet-Kelloggs-Apple-Jacks-Froot-Loops

Grocery Outlet is a great place to buy brand-name cereal for less. I found Kellogg’s Apple Jacks for $1.49 and Kellogg’s Froot Loops for $1.99. Both are larger boxes and no coupons needed for this deal!

Tillamook-yogurt-3-for-1

Tillamook yogurt is for 3 for $1 which is a great price. No limit or coupons needed. I found yogurts that don’t expire until the late January. Chobani yogurts were on sale $0.69.

Tillamook-Butter-249-Grocery_Outlet

I found lots of Tillamook butter at my local store for only $2.49 each. This is a great price without having to hassle with coupons. Expiration dates were in late April.

Grocery-Outlet-Mac-and-Cheese

I found Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for $0.79 a box. This is not an amazing price – but it’s pretty great. The singles work out to a better deal than then 5-packs.

Grocery_outlet-produce-Selection-feb7

If you’re looking to eat healthier – Grocery Outlet has some amazing prices in the produce department. And I’m always finding lots of organic items or specialty deals.

So there you have it – just some of the great deals I spotted at Grocery Outlet this week!

Grocery Outlet – Halloween decorations, fall foods, plus enter to win $25 Grocery Outlet gift card (two winners)

Grocery-Outlet-Halloween_Candy-deals

Earlier this week I stopped into my local Grocery Outlet to scope out the deals. As always I found some great bargains that I wanted to share with you. If you’re looking for seasonal items, check Grocery Outlet for Halloween or fall decorations, and lots and lots of candy. My store was well stocked. My son talked me into getting a big light-up spiderweb for $5.99 and a motion-activated owl that hoots at you and lights up when you walk by.

Every Grocery Outlet store has different stock, so there isn’t a guarantee you’ll find these same deals (although you’re certain to find some treasures)

Small-Pumpkins-Grocery-Outlet-2-for-1

As for pumpkins, I’ve picked ours up at Grocery Outlet the last couple years. They just seem to have nice pumpkins. I got two large ones for $4.99 each (but I think last year they dropped to $3.99). And they had mini pumpkins $0.50 cents each, which is the best price I’ve seen so far this season. My son picked out one for himself and sister.

Grocery Outlet – Pick up easy lunch options, plus enter to win $25 Grocery Outlet gift card (two winners)

Grocery-Outlet-Back-to-School-Lunches

I rave about Grocery Outlet all the time, but this last trip was extra amazing. I am in full back-to-school mode and I’m on the lookout for back-to-school snack and lunch options. I stopped into my Grocery Outlet last night and scored BIG TIME. My store happened to have a ton of Annie’s Organic products (my kids favorites) for major, major discounts.

Every Grocery Outlet store has different stock, so there isn’t a guarantee you’ll find these same deals (although you’re certain to find some treasures). Here is what I got at my local Lacey, Washington Grocery Outlet:

Tillamook yogurts - $0.33 cents each

Grocery_outlet-horizon-organic-milks

Horizon Organic single serve milks - $0.50

Organic Imagine Chicken Broth - $1.49

Annie’s Mac and Cheese dinner portions - $1.67

Annie’s Friends cookies - $1.69

Annie’s Bunny Grahams - $1.79

Back to Nature Vanilla Wafers - $1.99

Clif Z Fruit Twists - $2.99 a box

Annies-Snack-Packs-Grocery-Outlet

Annie’s Variety Snack Packs, 30 ct - $5.99
This is cheaper than the Costco deal (with coupon) that ran all last month! Costco had a 35 ct box for $8.49 with coupon, which I thought was a good deal! This comes out to 20 cents a bag! I bought two boxes.

Other deals that I spotted at my local Lacey, Washington store:

My latest Grocery Outlet finds, plus enter to win a $25 gift card (2 winners)

Grocery-Outlet-June12

I stopped into my local Grocery Outlet yesterday. My main mission was orange and red bell peppers. We’ve been on a major pepper kick around here and I knew I’d find them for under $1 . . .$0.99 to be exact.

I started with the peppers and made my way through the store finding all sorts of other treasures. It’s how Grocery Outlet works – you look for treasures.

Here’s what I finally ended up getting:

Red and orange peppers – $0.99 each

Sweet Mini peppers, 3 lb bag - $3.99

Asparagus - $2.99 a bundle

Organic Cherry Tomatoes - $1.99 each
*Great price for organic!*

Welch’s grapes, 2 lbs - $2.99

Horizon Organic Tuberz organic yogurt, 8 ct - $1.49
*Fantastic price*

Toy Story Kellogs fruit snacks - $1.49

Oscar Mayer hot dogs - $1.49
*Great price!*

Then I sort of lost all control in the oral care section. :) My kids needed toothbrushes and they had 2-packs of Star Wars toothbrushes for $0.99 – that’s just $0.49 cents each for fancy ones! I bought two packs for my son. Then I spotted a 3-pack of Angry bird brushes for $1.99 – yep, grabbed those too. I knew I needed something for my daughter, so I snagged an electric Barbie toothbrush for $2.99 – even has the batteries. Our teeth will be squeaky clean for many weeks to come – thank you Grocery Outlet! (and p.s. they have Tom’s of Maine toothpaste at my local store! I would have picked some up, but we have plenty in the hall closet right now).

And finally – my present to myself – PAPER PLATES for $2.99! Cheaper than a latte and I’ll enjoy this luxury for many days to come. I don’t want any lectures about the environment, you’d be preaching to the girl who personally washed the reusable plates she used at her own wedding, okay?  I did this because I want a break from lunch dishes for a little bit. Cooking three healthy meals at home is awesome, but I’m a little bit OVER the pile of dishes that stacks up before noon. So I’m giving myself a break and I won’t feel guilty . Besides, they’re compostable. :) Today at lunch my daughter says, “New plates, mamma!” and I said yes, with a very big smile.

Grocery Outlet is a great place to go if you’re planning a summer gathering! They have the best gourmet cheese and cracker prices ever. Fancy hummus, spreads and appetizer-friendly foods. It’s where I always go when I’m hosting a part-tay.
