I had a great trip to Haggen today. We eat a lot of Mexican food in my house so the Cinco de Mayo sale was a good time for me to stock up on foods that we eat frequently. What I liked about this trip is that it was couponing at its easiest. No doublers, mix and match promos or anything else that made me think too hard! It was just great prices matched up with great coupons. To prove it was easy… I did this trip with my five kids and still made it out of the store in fifteen minutes!
I got everything pictured at my stock-up price (the Darigold was a few cents over but since it is my favorite sour cream I allowed myself to “splurge” by going over my stock-up price by $0.09!). My only disappointment was that my Haggen didn’t carry the Starbucks Refreshers so I didn’t get to use my FREE Starbucks Refreshers coupons like I was planning. On the plus side, though, it was Double Monopoly Ticket Day and I got a ticket for a FREE Tony’s pizza and one for a FREE Better Oats Oatmeal. It’s not the $50,000 cash prize but, hey, it’s something!

There’s a new $1/2 Powerade Bottles (IE), 32 oz coupon available to print. While I was at Haggen tonight I spotted Powerade 32 oz bottles on sale for $0.69. You can use this coupon to get two Powerades for just $0.19 each! The coupon does have a Rite Aid logo on it but it is a manufacturers coupon, so you should be able to use it anywhere.
