  1. Does anyone know if this is still available??? I have tried to find it and it says its not :( I really wanted it!!

  2. Use promo code USA10 at check out and save 5 dollars! woohoo.

  3. We have a membership but I am the primary member – would this deal work if my husband got his own membership?

  4. Is this nationwide or only for Dallas?

  5. Do you know if you can buy this to upgrade a gold to an executive? We just upgraded our membership 2 days ago!

  6. I use to have an executive membership but I was not going enough to have the rebate cover the extra cost. Are the monthly coupon books still for executive members only or can every member now use them?
