@VerizonSupport - Super frustrated that even though I still have time in my cycle this month that I can't adjust my plan down.
@VerizonSupport - Apparently I can only increase, not decrease my data plan. Paying for 30GB, only need 8GB. Overpaying $120. CS can't help.
