FREE Disney on Demand movies, Sept 2-6
Disney Family Movies on demand is offering up a FREE preview this weekend! That means you can watch unlimited Disney movies on demand if you are a customer of Blue Ridge Communications, Charter, Comcast, Cox Communications, Suddenlink, TVN Entertainment and Verizon. It’s advertised to run September 2-6.
I’m admittedly an idiot when it comes to our TV and our cable menu. I had to call the Comcast company to find out how this works. I guess in my area (on Comcast) this doesn’t start until Saturday? Not sure why it doesn’t start until Saturday, but apparently when it is available you can access it by clicking “On Demand” –> Movies –> Movie Collections –> Disney Family movies. Update – The information I received from calling Comcast was incorrect. It is active for me at this moment! I found it by clicking On Demand –> Top Picks –> FREE Disney Movies! There were four available:
- A Bug’s Life
- Monster Truck Mater
- Muppet Treasure Island
- Pocahontas

Consign you kid’s stuff at Oct. 9 Thurston County sale
If you want to make some extra cash this fall, consider consigning your extra baby and kid’s items at the upcoming LMNOP Kid’s Consignment sale, October 9-10 at the Thurston County fair grounds.
It’s only $10 to sell your items at the sale. You price all your stuff and drop it off, they sell it for you and you get a check in the mail a few weeks after the sale.
They are looking for people who have gently used (or new):
Children’s clothing from size newborn to 12 years
Shoes
Furniture
Toys, games, books and puzzles
Gear like strollers and swings
Feeding and bathing accessories
Nursery sets and bedding
Anything else kid-related

If you call in (usually has to be within 24 hrs) and answer a few questions you’ll get a discount coupon for I think 15%, can’t remember exactly – but keep your eyes open for those.
