Overdrive – Borrow FREE eBooks and AudioBooks from your Local Library

Overdrive – FREE eBooks and AudioBooks

Did you know that many public libraries and schools lend eBooks and Audiobooks for FREE using Overdrive? You can download the Libby app (available in the Apple store, on Google Play and via Microsoft) to access your reading materials via whatever device you own.

There’s a limit to how many books you can check out at any given time (my library lets us have 10 books). Kids books are fairly limited in this app – but the selection will vary by your system.

Additionally the Sora app from Overdrive is perfect for accessing kids books. Check to see if your school uses the app – and you may be able to log in directly with your students regular log in information. This app allows you to check books out via your school library.
