Tillamook cheese is pretty good stuff, and it’s naturally aged. Freezing it will change the texture and you might not like how it turns out, but before you go to the trouble, try keeping it in the fridge instead. It should last at least a year in the fridge without molding and continue to age quite nicely, especially if you leave it unopened.

Any tips on how to freeze the cheese? Do you have to shred it first?. I froze it before and it crumbled when I went to shred it once it thawed out.
Steph says
I have a friend who swears that Tillamook withstands freezing better than other cheeses, maybe you could cut off a chunk and freeze it to test it out.

Top Foods has the same price on Tillamook cheese, including the Vintage White cheddar, and it runs all week, Wed. thru Tues 3/15. No limit.
Heather says
TOP Foods requires you buy $10 worth of Tillamook cheese. So you buy two for $10, it auto-deducts $2 so you’ll pay $4 each. If you buy FOUR of them, you still only get $2 off because it’s $10 or more. So it’s limited to two per transaction if you want that price. Make sense?
